The event is run by a team of volunteers linked to various rescues in the UK. Ivy Dene Rabbit Rescue founded and funded the event.
Ivy Dene Rabbit Rescue (registered charity number 1194743) has funded this event. If there are any surplus funds, 50% will be donated to this charity and 50% will be donated to the other rescues who attend the event.

The number of stalls with power access may be limited by the venue. We will confirm with all vendors and rescues whether you need power for your stall and try to accommodate this within the layout of the stalls. No extension lead will be provided
Exhibitors will have access prior to public entry to allow sufficient set-up time. More details on timings will be shared with vendors and rescues in due course.
There are some requirements related to the venue and insurances including public liability, PAT testing for electrical equipment brought with you and clear allergen labeling of food products for sale. All necessary details will be shared with you upon payment and confirmation of your stall.
All items being sold must be 100% vegan and cruelty free.
